How the $300 deposit works

Your $300 deposit is not an extra fee. It goes straight toward your package total and it is what confirms your seat, your room and your place at every table we have booked. After the deposit you pick 3-Pay or 5-Pay and the remaining balance is charged automatically on schedule, with the final payment due December 15, 2026. Paying in full skips the deposit entirely.

What your package covers

  • Seven days, six nights of lodging: five nights in Lima, one night in Paracas
  • All ground transport inside Perú, airport transfers included
  • Every hosted experience: peña night, a ceviche and pisco class with a local chef, the Ballestas Islands boat expedition out of Paracas, the Palomino Islands sea lion experience, and the Huacachina dune buggies
  • Local guides and all listed entry fees
  • Daily breakfasts, plus the group meals on the itinerary
  • Not included: airfare to and from Perú
  • Travel insurance. We always recommend travel insurance, and it is easy to add: Allianz Travel, Travel Guard, or compare plans at Squaremouth
  • Meals and drinks outside the itinerary
  • Personal spending and gratuities

Before you reserve

  • Final payment for all plans is due December 15, 2026.
  • The $300 deposit confirms your spot and is non-refundable. Cancel before November 16, 2026 and you are refunded in full, less the deposit. Cancel by December 15, 2026 and 50% is refunded. After that there is no refund, but your spot is transferable to someone you name.
  • Tour Perú runs with a minimum group size. If we do not reach it, we cancel and refund 100% of everything you paid, deposit included.
  • Adults only. Tour Perú is built for grown-up travelers, and we do not accept children on the trip. All travelers must be 18 or older.
  • At checkout we ask for your name exactly as it appears on your passport and your date of birth. Pay-in-full checkouts also collect an emergency contact, and deposit checkouts ask you to pick 3-Pay or 5-Pay. We follow up by email for WhatsApp number, dietary needs and allergies.
  • Have a discount code? Use it on the pay-in-full checkouts. Codes cannot be applied to the deposit flow, so if you have a code and want a payment plan, email us and we will set it up by hand.

Once the trip fills, the next one is 2028. A $300 deposit is all it takes to be on it.
